Focus team members on one task at a time in a five-phase process
Having run design sprints with many clients, the Voltage Control team iterated to identify the best way to run remote design sprints. Moving in between individual murals for each corresponding activity became an ongoing distraction for both facilitators and participants, so they developed a new approach.
