Use this template to identify activities, within and around your organization, what goal they are working toward and how they are receiving investment now. Then export to a spreadsheet tool to calculate the financial ROI of the low investment/high return and high investment/low return efforts.

If your team or company is responsible for multiple products or services, it may be important to conduct this exercise separately for each one, as some of the inputs may be different per product or service.
