LUMA Elevate Service Plan

A 2-day in-person or 4-day remotely-delivered workshop for a team of up to 20. This approx. 3-month program includes peer-to-peer resources, three 2-hour remote Coaching Sessions, and Practitioner content access through the end of the contract life cycle.

This approx. 3-month program includes facilitation resources for individuals and teams, three 2-hour remote coaching sessions, and Facilitator content access through the end of the contract life cycle. Prerequisite: Practitioner Certification.

A 4-day remotely delivered workshop as part of a public, multi-company cohort. This approx. 3-month program includes peer-to-peer resources, three 2-hour remote Coaching Sessions, and Practitioner content access through the end of the contract life cycle.

Coaching Session

Leverage additional expert guidance from a LUMA Coach. A coaching session can be used to support a team of up to 20 people, for up to 2-hours per coaching session, on a project to continue building skills and confidence in applying the LUMA System, as well as provide supplemental coaching and make-up sessions from the programs above.

Facilitated Session

A 1-day in-person workshop or 2-day remotely-delivered workshop (up to 8 facilitated hours total) for a team of up to 20 people that use the LUMA System in service of a client-based goal or objective.
