A team temperature check is a process to assess how a team is doing so they can be effectively and appropriately managed. It is important to stay connected as a team to get ahead of challenges before they appear. This exercise is a time for teams to reflect and creates an opportunity for leaders to get to know employees. It may be rolled out on weekly basis or more frequently in times of stressful situations.
