To have a successful collaboration relationship with your client, it is important to have an understanding of key stakeholders, whether they are your team members that will be involved throughout projects or your client’s stakeholders. Introductions provide an awareness of  stakeholders, which minimizes confusion of who is who, provides clarity of responsibilities and ultimately is a catalyst to transition stakeholders from strangers to collaborators.
