Ninety four percent of U.S.-based employees and eighty three percent of Argentinian-based employees say MURAL is a great place to work

January 11, 2022

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — January 11, 2021 — MURAL, the leading provider of digital workspaces for guided visual collaboration, is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place to Work® for the second year in a row! This certification is one of the most prestigious achievements for any organization across the globe. To get certified, 70 percent or more of employee respondents must rate the organization through the Great Place to Work® Institute, which assesses workplaces on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Based on feedback representing 94 percent of U.S.-based employees and 83 percent of Argentinian employees, the prestigious award honors MURAL for its outstanding workplace culture.

As a distributed team of 900 people working remotely around the world, MURAL values imagination, working together to “generate wows,” thinking globally, and playing to win — all while having fun. MURAL was a distributed team well before the pandemic, with co-work locations in San Francisco and Buenos Aires, but since 2020, the company’s headcount quadrupled with team members now spread across the Americas, Europe, APAC, and beyond. MURAL continues to hire remote positions worldwide. Visit our careers page here — we’re looking for imagination workers like you.

With so many people working in different time zones, MURAL took steps to look after the wellbeing of employees by offering an employee assistance program (EAP), quarterly rest and recharge days, a monthly stipend that covers wellness, learning and development, and home office (or remote workspace) setup. The company also created the MURAL Giving Program, empowering MURAListas to make pre-tax donations to any organization of their choice.

When asked, “Why work at MURAL?” employees answered with words like “people,” “remote,” “encouraged,” and “culture.”
