What You'll Gain

AI is changing how teams solve problems. But having access to AI doesn’t mean you know where it fits, how to use it well, or whether it’s improving your thinking. The LUMA Practitioner Certification Program - AI Track helps you incorporate AI into your practice as you frame problems, understand people’s needs, and develop stronger ideas.

During this immersive two-day certification program, you’ll learn how to:

  • Use AI with LUMA methods for research, synthesis, idea generation, and alignment
  • Frame problems and understand people’s needs before developing solutions
  • Recognize where AI helps and where human thinking should lead
  • Apply what you learn to a real challenge from your work

You’ll earn the Practitioner of Human-Centered Design certification, the same certification as the standard program. You’ll also get AI prompts and resources to create recipes and session plans for your team.

What you’ll experience

Day 1 — Rethink how teams work with AI

  • Get introduced to Human-Centered AI and how it can strengthen the way people work

  • Practice using AI with LUMA methods on a challenge from your work
  • Build prompts, recipes, and session plans to bring back to your team
