Each participant is then asked to reflect on the past project or quarter and identify a person or group who has done something they are particularly grateful for. Participants use sticky notes within Mural to write down their messages of appreciation, using their own words to describe what the person or group did that inspired gratitude. Encouraging the use of different colors or various types of sticky notes can add visual interest and personalization to the Kudos Wall. Once all attendees have placed their sticky notes on the Kudos Wall, each participant shares their note by reading it aloud to the group, acknowledging the colleagues or teams they're thankful for and detailing their reasons.
