Over the past few decades, companies have used the JTBD in a variety of ways – from informing company strategy to product development to marketing and sales. Various methods and techniques have emerged.
Based on Jim Kalbach’s book, this workshop design enables your team to practically apply the knowledge in the JTBD book.
Through a set of structured collaborative exercises, we give you the visual frameworks to guide discussion and align teams to reveal the jobs your customer needs done.
After reviewing some fundamentals of JTBD from Jim Kalbach’s book, we’ll do some practical exercises focused on finding Jobs and building a Job Map.
