December 8, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (PT)

When it comes to developing highly innovative and usable products, product teams at Emerson think "customer-first." That's why Christina Koffskey, Human-Centered Design Engineer and part of Emerson’s Human-Centered Design Institute (HCDi), strives to enable teams to understand and solve real customer needs through training, workshops and customer collaboration. Facing new challenges in 2020, Christina and the HCDi team sought to reimagine their in-person work using MURAL and shift the mindset around collaborative design and development — keeping the customer in focus no matter what.

In this MURAL Imagine session, join Christina — as well as Emerson User Experience Design Lead Mary Grace Francisco — to hear how they’ve not only kept human-centered design a priority in 2020, but they've also found new ways to scale visual thinking and collaboration, making it easier than ever to understand customers, prototype products, conduct agile PI planning, and more.
