1. GETTING STARTED

✅ How to create a MURAL Account

MURAL is rolled out at EY enterprise-wide. Which means anybody, in every service line across the globe can use it.

Creating a MURAL account is easy.

You can sign up directly at https://app.mural.co and create an account using your EY email address.

*Tip: you are allowed to invite your clients to collaborate (at no costs for EY) > 'how to invite a guest'

For licensing questions you can reach out to licensemanagement@ey.com.

⛔ Deactivation after 90 days o
f inactivity

According to EY policy every member that is inactive in MURAL for more than 90 days will be automatically deactivated.

When you log in after being deactivated you can request reactivation which your workspace admin will receive for approval.

For help with reactivation you can also write support@mural.co.

🔎 Find existing workspaces
To find discoverable workspaces at EY go to: https://app.mural.co/join-company-workspace.

👉 Request a new workspace
MURAL workspaces at EY are not used for individuals or teams, but rather for: Service Lines (eg. EY Advisory, EY PAS, EY FSO Digital, EY CSG), wavespaces or Global Teams (eg. APAC Design, EY NextWave).

Instead of requesting a new workspace for your team you can work in Private Rooms with  in existing workspaces. Nobody, other than people you invite, can see your content.

A new workspace will only be created if a private room in an existing workspace does not suffice.

If you still want to request a new workspace, fill in this form.

MURAL Room Guidance

  • Private rooms are only accessible to those you explicitly invite.
  • Open rooms are public to everyone in your workspace (as long as they have permission to see them).

🙋 What devices can I use with MURAL?
- Web app on laptop/pc: app.mural.co (Install Firefox or Google Chrome for the best MURAL experience)

🙋 Can EY employees use MURAL with external clients?
Yes, EY has approved the use of MURAL with clients as long as you adhere to the disclaimers in section 3 above.

🙋 How do I get access to a wavespace mural or workspace?
Wavespace content is usually private and specific to clients. Ask your wavespace contact to give you access to the content you need.

🙋 How do I get access to a NextWave mural?
The NextWave murals are created by a central team and access is carefully managed. Reach out to matt.hill1@ey.com in order to get access.
